I am glad to know that, the grand couple, Sri Gattu Narayana and Smt. Sujana are celebrating and cherishing the-Golden Jubilee of their married life, the monument of love they built together with abundance of love and affection.
My association with Narayan Guruji has not been very long; it relates back to hardly 6-7 years. It was a dinner hosted by a common friend of ours. A Former President of India, Narayan Guruji and myself were escorted to a table exclusively meant for strict vegetarians.
It is a privilege and pleasure to convey my congratulations, felicitations, greetings and best wishes to Guruji Narayana and Sujana Devi Amma on their completing 50 Golden years of their life together.
Marriage is the truest goal for ninety-nine percent of the human race, and they will live the happiest life as soon as they have learnt and are ready to abide by the eternal lesson - that we are bound to bear and forbear and that to everyone life must be a compromise
When Lord Krishna told Arjuna that he would come in every sage, the interpretation of an average reader is that Krishna will be born with same Pitambar, Murali and Morpanch. Little do we realize, we have ‘Krishna’ admist us as a ‘Guru of Management’ who unearths insights parse from the vast volumes and treasures not only on Indian Wisdom but also on the Wisdoms of the East, West and the world.
From around 1985 Govindjibhai was having indifferent health and so most of the time he was staying in Baroda with Atulbhai and so very often we had to visit Baroda to get his advice and report about Excel’s work.

On the occasion of Guruji completing 50 golden years of his marriage, I would like to send herewith a small write up on how I have known him for all these years.
We have the blessings of Guruji Shri G Narayana since last 20 years. He became a part of my personal as well the entire LaOpala family. His words create spiritual energy and work as a great motivator for the entire organization.
It has been a blessing to spend time with both Guruji and Aunty. My life has been deeply influenced and enriched by the association. I have learnt unconditional love from both.
Meeting Guruji, I consider as a milestone in the lives of KK, my husband and myself. Through inter- actions, workshops, books and talks he gave direction to our thinking and action. He is a master in extending love and care.
When I think of Mr. Narayana, its like thinking about a good friend. Its difficult to say when that transition took place - from his being a friend and advisor to my father-in-law Mr. Darbari Seth, to myself.
Sushil and I first met him in 1995.I was the link as I was the head of HRM in our business and hence instumental in organising a programme of Guruji for the senior mangers,including Sushil and me.
Guruji’s association with PCCPL is of around 25 years when he first time visited Chandigarh along with our beloved Shri S.D. Shroff (“Sasubhai”) as a “Management Consultant” to inspire and build the PCCPL team to take new challenges.
Dearest Guruji, We are very privileged to have got the opportunity to engage with you and to receive love and guidance from you in our lifetime. Today, we fondly remember our moments with you and it brings a smile to our face to remember each and every moment spent with you.
Guruji and Sujana Amma are a great couple. It’s a blessing for us to come to know Guruji and Sujana Amma in this city of Baroda, now almost for two decades.
Diminutive in size but towering in stature and personality. Once you come in contact with him, you just cannot forget him. Our first interaction with Guruji dates back to the year 1993. And we were hooked for a life time.
I came in Guruji's contact in 1997; little did I know that it would be such a transformational experience for me. I had read about alchemists who have the power and secrets of converting simple metals into precious gold.
I had the privilege of having Narayana as friend and an active advisor for seven years, nearly forty years ago. His sincerity and dedication inspired us all and even today we give his example of using innovative methods to solve tricky problems.
I first heard about Guruji when I had joined Baroda Management Association (BMA). I wondered what kind of a person he might be, since whenever we refer to someone as “Guru” we have a different kind of an impression about him.
It was in 1974, it was at about 5.10 in the evening, I was standing perplexed not knowing what I should do as the company bus had already left and I had to go home.
I came across a person shortly after joining Voltas Ltd in the year 1971-72 who is on his toes all the time dressed in White Dress- Full Sleeves Bush Shirt and Trouser.
Mr. Narayana lives in the heart for me. he is also my guru. Apart from the family elders, he is one non-blood relatives whose feet I touch physically to convey my reverence.

It was in the year 1978 Ms Vimal Punekar came to my house in Baroda with a request to join PROCON. She told me about the owners Sri Narayana and Sri Muttuswamy and the nature of work. Initially I was reluctant to join a company owned or managed y a ‘Madarasi’.
I got an exhilarating opportunity of accompanying Guruji and Sujanabhabhi on their eighteen day Pilgrimage Parikrama of the sacred river Godavari, from mountain to ocean and back to mountain staying and performing pooja at the holy places, temples and ashrams all along the banks of the river.
I had my own apprehensions about Guruji. I thought he is ‘made for big companies’. But contrary to my assumptions I found Guruji to be a very down to earth person. When I meet him he showers such love on me that I feel dearer to him than those big leaders!

Shri Gattu Narayana, now popularly known as Guruji, was my room mate (1960-61) when we were doing our Diploma Course in Nizamabad. He is a man of versatile personality.
GN (G Narayana), Poojari and myself were classmates in Engineering Diploma at Nizamabad Polytechnic college. We used to move together and exchange views of the subjects and try to score more marks and competed with each other.
My association with Guruji Shri Narayana dates back to 1982 when I commenced by career, after completing my graduation, in PRISM under his able guidance.
To the relatives on his mother's side he is AJITH; to the relatives on his father’s side, friends and collegues he is NARAYANA; and as a mentor, contributor, teacher, trainer, consultant, he is GURUJI. Like his three names, he has three personalities in him Bramha, Vishnu, Maheswara.

తేది 8-10-2010 దిలుక్నగర్నుంచి లక్ష్మణరావు గారు ఫోన్ చేశారు. గురూజీ మంథనిలో గోపీజనవల్లభ దేవాలయాన్ని నిర్మించాలని సంకల్పించారు. ఒకసారి మిమ్మల్ని కలవాలని చెప్పారు. నాకు ఆరోజు వీలుకాక 11వ తేదీ కలిసాను.
శ్రీ నారాయణగురు, సర్వజనుల యెడల, వారి మనుస్సులో సదా ప్రవహించే "ధార" (రాధను) నేను ఎప్పుడు స్మరిస్తూ ఆనందాతిశయాన్ని పొందుతుంటాను. ఈ ధార అనే రాధ అనేది ఆనందమైన ప్రేమ.
గట్టు నారాయణ గురూజీ గారు ఒకే కళాశాలలో మొదటి బ్యాచ్కు చెందిన ఒక బ్రిలియంట్ స్టూడెంట్ గా మాత్రమే పరిచయము. కాని ప్రభుత్వ పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాల స్థాపించబడి 50 వసంతాలు పూర్తి చేసుకుంటున్న నేపథ్యంలో కళాశాలకు చెందిన పూర్వవిద్యార్థులు (1959-2009) వారి నాయకత్వంలో కళాశాల స్వర్ణోత్సవాలను జరుపుకుందామనే సంకల్పంతో ఒక నిర్వాహక కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయటం జరిగింది. ఆ కమిటీలో నన్ను కో - ఛైర్మన్ గా నియమించటం జరిగింది.
ప్రతి మనిషి జీవితం ఒక నదిలాంటిది. భారతీయసంస్కృతిలో అన్ని నదులకు పుట్టినిల్లు హిమాలయాలు, కైలాస పర్వతం నుండి జాలువారే నీరు భారతదేశంలోని అనేక ప్రాంతాల్లో ప్రవహించి, గంగ, యమున, సరస్వతి, బ్రహ్మపుత్ర, నర్మద, తపతి కావేరి, గోదావరి ఇలా అనేక పేర్లతో పిలువబడుతున్నది.

నాకు ముందుగా ట్రావెల్స్ ద్వారా గురూజీ పరిచయమై అతి కొద్దికాలంలోనే వారి స్వంత డ్రైవర్గా కుదురుకున్నాను. వారితో ప్రయాణం చేసిన ప్రతిసారి క్రొత్త అనుభూతులే.
తను ఏ కర్మ చేసినా కోరిక పెట్టుకొని ఇది నేను చేస్తున్నాను. అనే భావం లేకుండా కేవలం లోకమునకు క్షేమం జరగాలని కర్మలను చేస్తు ఉంటాడో అతడి కర్మలన్నా జ్ఞానాగ్ని చేత కాల్చబడతవి.
యాభై సంవత్సరాల క్రితం వివాహంతో ఏకమై గృహస్థాశ్రమంలో అడుగుపెట్టిన మీరు భారతీయ దాంపత్యధర్మానికి ప్రతీకలైన శ్రీ విష్ణు వాఠీచతుర్ముఖ, గిరిజాశంకర సదృశులై సంయోగవియోగాలలోనూ ఏకాత్ములైన సీతారాములై పరస్పరతపఃసంపన్న ఫలాత్మకులై అన్యోన్య జీవితాన్ని గడుపుతున్న మీరు ఇంకో యాభై సంవత్సరాలు కూడా నిత్యమాతనంగా గడపాలని ఆశిస్తూ మాలాంటివారికి ఆదర్శప్రాయంగా నిలవాలని, మీ ఆశీస్సులు ఉండాలని కోరుత మీ ప్రేమామృతవర్షాన్ని సదా ఆస్వాదించే
